Is
parking available nearby?
The
apartment is located on a narrow alleyway, however there is parking in the
piazza nearby at approximately one minute walk.
What
about parking in general?
Make
sure you park in a marked box as the vigili urbani (traffic wardens) are quite
strict. To avoid any disappointments if travelling to the city centre, there are
parking meters located with a "P" sign and designated blue boxes.

As
a general rule, it is best to park your car in one of the designated spots close
to the apartment and walk because everything in the town can be reached easily
on foot.
Is
booking on your website safe?
Most
certainly. We use PayPal as a payment medium for all transactions. These are
encrypted and secure payments done directly through PayPal's website. All secure
transactions are 128 bit SSL secured. Please see www.paypal.com
Does
the house have a swimming pool?
No. There is a
pool within walking distance at the Acque di Bonifacio as the other spas, please
see the other links page for more info.
A new public sports complex with an olympic size swimming pool and athletic
arena has recently been opened. Contact details can be found here.
Does
the house have an outside seating area?
No,
the house opens straight onto the street.
Does
the house have ADSL/broadband?
No,
and the reason for this was because the majority of our clients' visits are
primarily intended for relaxation and privacy. Many prefer to leave their work
home and "switch off" for a few days.
Is
there somewhere in the town where I can use the internet?
Yes.
Is
the house suitable for disabled people/wheelchair users?
No,
this due to the large number of stairs and cobbled pathways.
Can
I smoke in the house?
No.
Smoking is not allowed at any time for courtesy of our non-smokers and safety.
Should you wish to smoke, an ashtray is available for smoking outside on the
street.
Is
the town safe at night?
Most
definitely. Fiuggi is a small town and many families live and work there and in
the surrounding towns. Crime rates are extremely low. The people are very
friendly and helpful. Although majority do not speak English, nevertheless, most
places in the town centre have English-speaking staff due to the many tourists
who visit Fiuggi all year round. Having said this, common street-sense and
caution is usually advised, i.e.: don't leave the house or the car unlocked when
unoccupied. Emergency phone numbers are listed at the house.
